Cannot make a team "Bad Request The user is not a member of the organization."

What are you trying to achieve?

I am the owner of a brand new account, I am trying to test out my use case but I cannot create a scenario without first creating a team. When I (the owner and only user in the account) try to create a team it says “Bad Request - The user is not a member of the organization.”. I cleared my cache, disabled browser extensions, and tried using another browser and again in incognito mode - nothing worked.

This leads me to believe this is an issue on Makes end. I am unable to test your product because of this issue

Steps taken so far

deleting and creating a new account, creating a new organization, signing in on a different email, all of the normal browser side troubleshooting measures, and creating a ticket.

I have the exact same problem. The only option I see in the left navigation is “Custom App”. ChatGPT says I’m in the developer workspace, which is not where automations are created. And I’ve had no luck getting to the right place. Already disappointed in this experience.
