Can't see mapping column-header options linking a GPT completion module to Google Sheet's columns

What are you trying to achieve?

I want ChatGPT to reference the column headers from a Google Sheet and use the corresponding data in its responses. For example, the email text should pull data like ‘Hi [NAME],’ where ‘NAME’ comes from the ‘Name’ column in the Google Sheet. The GPT output should include both static text from the prompt and dynamically insert values from the sheet based on the headers.

Steps taken so far

I have a Google Form that sends responses to a Google Sheet, where the column headers are in Hebrew. I’ve connected this sheet to my Google account as the first module in a scenario, and I’m able to see the column headers in the sheet itself. However, when I link the sheet to a GPT completion module, I can only see the Google Sheet’s title and not the headers, making it difficult to integrate placeholders in my prompt message.

I’ve done a similar setup before, and in that case, I could see the columns and select them for the GPT chat. However, it’s not working in this scenario. Additionally, when I connect a Google Drive module as a third step, I can see the fields there but still not in the GPT module.

Actually, I was able to solve it I just used the Forms module directly and that connected the headers. But now I have another issue. Should I start another thread or update the first one? Essentially, I want to know how I can add files to an email but condition it. Meaning, I have 4 total files (menus), but the customer might only choose one or two. So I want the email to be able to identify which ones they chose.
