My website has a form built in Webflow with 4 checkboxes. I am using Make.com for automation to process form submissions and create tasks in ClickUp. However, the checkboxes in the submission data appear as true or false. I want to assign meaningful names to these checkboxes and ensure that only the ones marked true are included in the task created in ClickUp. How can I achieve this?
