Concatenate items in a collection

Hi,
I need to concatenate items in a collection with a variable number of items in the collection.

I’m moving JotForm Survey results (multiple Bundles) to Salesforce. The incoming data looks as attached. I wanted to concatenate the circled collection into a single text variable so the result would be something like “I don’t have the time to take the steps given - The number of steps is overwhelming - I’m still confused…”

Any suggestions? Modules that look useful like Array Aggregator only work on Arrays.
