I am trying to create a scenario to automate the creation of tasks in ClickUp from a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
I have already configured the Google Sheets module with the “Watch New Rows” trigger and am trying to add the ClickUp module with the “Create a Task” action.
The problem:
When I try to connect my ClickUp account, the window gets stuck on the message “Creating a connection…” (as in the attached image) and the connection is never completed.
Make support has already informed me that for this type of connection it is not necessary to use an API key, and that I just need to click “Save.” However, even after following this guidance, the problem persists.
Has anyone in the community experienced this or know what the cause might be? I appreciate any help!
I noticed that there was no field to enter the API key in the ClickUp connection.
I contacted Make support, who advised me to simply click “Save,” as the API key was not necessary for this type of connection.
I followed the support team’s advice and tried to create a new connection from scratch.
The connection process got stuck on the message “Creating a connection…” and did not complete.
