I’m trying to create an approval step via email in a scenario. I’ve been looking into it, and the best option seems to be using a webhook in a separate scenario to continue the process.
The problem is that I want to preserve a formatted text that includes emojis, which comes from the first scenario.
Is there any way or method to keep that text?

A possible solution would be to store the text in a database and retrieve in the other scenario.
How is the email approval step going to work? Are you having an email be sent and a reply with a certain message will confirm an approval? I think using some sort of project management tool will also be more appropriate in this situation.
Hello! Thank you very much for your response, I think I’ll try some of that with Google Sheets. I hadn’t thought of that!
The approval will be sent by email and will have two buttons that will point to a webhook, one of which will decide if it’s approved depending on whether it’s approved or not.
