The initial connection works fine and the refresh token seems to work correctly renewing the token every 60 minutes. I checked the connection after 2 days and it was still working fine. I then checked after 4 days and got the 401 error and had to reauthorize manually. I have the Refresh Token Rotation turned on but if I understand correctly any issues would occur during the 60-minute refresh token cycle.
Does anyone know why this would happen? Is it due to inactivity or another type of timeout? Are there any stored logs where I can see this error?
If the refresh token is refreshing the connection successfully then it might be a bug.
For complex technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your situation might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
I’m thinking it might be a bug as well. I did reach out to make.com and opened a ticket on Feb 8. No response so far except an email saying they haven’t forgotten me and will get to it soon.
