CustomGPT connection to webhook of make on Android App

What are you trying to achieve?

Hello community,
Ive created a customGPT to capture my thoughts and convert it into text and send to make.com through a web hook as a JSON.

While this works perfectly on the web version of chatGPT.

But on android app (samsung note ten +) i run into issues.

Steps taken so far

Tried creating one more gpt and one more webhook on make.com and test.
Heres the error now.

“It appears that the tool is still disabled and I am unable to send the log through it. You might need to record your tasks manually for now or use an alternative method. If you have any other requests or need further assistance, feel free to let me know.”

Again it works on the webapp.

Update:

I was able to send data from the iOS mobile app (iphone) but not from an android phone (ive tried on Samsung and Oneplus phones so it’s not a phone issue. A general Android Mobile app issue?

Just keeping the thread alive as I haven’t found a solution yet.

Summary of the issue:

Webhook to a customGPT to pull data works fine on web app and iPhone but when I use chatGPT’s android app I encounter an error.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

I have exactly the same problem!
works on PC but not on android, chatgpt tells me that the service is not available.
Have you found a solution?

Nope. I’ve even posted on openAi forum. But, no response.

First chatGPT’s desktop app won’t work on intel chips even on Mac and now this on Android. They’re just building for the elite for now. We peasants gotta wait / hope they’ll fix it for us.
