The fields are not visible in the data store app in my scenario.

Hey Jeroen,
there are no fields in this data store yes. You only have a Key and you have 4 entries with different keys.
Go to the Data Structures page, find the data structure that this store uses and click the three dots on the right side of the screen to edit it and add the fields you need.
