Daylite contacts to Klaviyo list

Hello there,
I gave it an honest go, but I’ve been unable to make a connection between Daylite and Klaviyo.

It appears that I have everything setup correctly and inevitably I get errors. I’ve taken it apart and put it all back together several times now.

Here’s what I’m after.

  1. I want to take our Daylite contacts and put them in a Klaviyo list.
  2. If the profile doesn’t yet exist in Klaviyo, create it. If it does exist in Klaviyo, update it.
  3. I am needing to move over the email address, first and last name, phone number, and 5 custom fields.
  4. I want those custom fields to map to custom profile properties in Klaviyo.

Seems easy enough, but I’ve not been successful to this point.

This has been brutal. Make just doesn’t seem to pull the same data as Zapier. I had this whole task done in Zapier in about 10 minutes. I’ve spent 10 hours in Make and I’m starting to wonder if it is actually possible to achieve what I’m after. I was hoping to use make because I like the aesthetics and I wouldn’t have to pay Zapier $30/mo - but I’m starting to doubt that it is possible. I’m trying to pull the “extra fields” from a person in Daylite. Zapier immediately pulls them. Make pulls much less info. Any idea what’s going on?
