Delete User not working -- why no support?

I invited a user but his invite is not working anymore. Now I want to delete him as user so I can add and renew his invite. But, if you ‘remove’ a user, it is acctually NOT removed: only the role is removed. How to solve?

You’ll need to delete the user at the Organization level, not just removing the user from the Team.
