Downloading Instagram video from a URL and extract the text from the video

Hi All

I am looking to download Instagram video from a URL and extract the text from the video
On looking at the topic below, it looks like it should work and then use AI/ChatGPT to extract the text
But looking at the topic below, i am not sure what variables to change, as the RapidAPI links are broken, which might help
