Email Responses Scenarios with AI tools

Hi, I have an idea to make a scenario that will read customers’ emails and create instant replies (in draft or send it to the customer), so the idea is

  1. read emails
  2. send them into created ai chat (open ai)
  3. get responses
  4. create a draft or send the response to the customer
    Does someone make something like that? Could you please help me to figure out what I need to use, or is that even possible?

(I know there are some chats that are using ai already, for example - talkvisor, so I want that, but for emails)

Yes, I believe what you describe is possible using one of the email apps, the OpenAI app, and maybe a couple helper apps somewhere in there as well.
