I have finished digital products and I want to automate the etsy listing creation. I want to have the title, description, tags, alt txt, etc automated and the final product uploaded to my drafts in my shop. My finished product are made in Canva. I would like the automation of Pintrest posts as well as IG

We actually built a very similar process recently for a client, so I can tell you it’s absolutely possible to achieve what you’re describing. Using Etsy’s v3 API, we automated the entire listing creation workflow — title, description, tags, materials, taxonomy, price, quantity, shipping/processing profiles, and even alt text for images — all the way into the shop’s Drafts. The system then branches into social posting for Pinterest (v5 API) and Instagram (via the Instagram Graph API) so everything is ready for promotion the moment the listing goes live.

This is doable with Make.
You can set it up to generate listings with all the metadata filled in and push designs straight to drafts.
Pinterest and IG automation can also be handled from the same scenario.
