I believe Make does not have such a trigger because the Facebook Group API does not have a suitable endpoint for that.
It currently does not allow retrieving information on when the user joined your group (which Make could use for the “watch” module) or retrieving email addresses, only the user’s “public profile” information.
I am not sure how the mentioned tools achieve that but it seems it is not possible to do it with Make.
