I face the same issue,
So far what I did to solve this issue is the following.
Go to https://help.soundcloud.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=✓&query=otto
post this error message in the chat box with Otto.
provide the description of your podcast / purpose, your emailaddress. Then Otto will create a ticket for you. And then somebody in Germany will follow up. :“)
Then they will create an app for you with an Client ID and a secret. So, you can connect to Soundcloud and upload your podcasts.
Your answer is in no way related to my question, so it does not help in any way. Before answering, please understand the essence of the question.
Error on the side of make.com, the service cannot connect to soundcloud.

Yes, what you need to do is to reach out to Soundcloud and ask them to build a custom app for you, so you can upload your content via Make.com to them. They have changed the policy, first you were able to create an app yourself, that’s not possible at the moment.
