Hi everyone,
I’m running into an issue when trying to reconnect or use my Google Drive folder in Make.com.
When I try to verify the connection named ‘Folder Videos…’, I get the following error:
“Failed to verify connection ‘Folder Videos…’. Invalid refresh token. Please reauthorize the connection.”

I’ve already tried the following steps without success:
- Re-authorized the connection multiple times
- Updated all scopes, credentials, and permissions in the Google Cloud Console
- Tried connecting both a custom domain email (non-Google) and a Google domain
- Deleted and attempted to create a new connection in Make scenarios
The connection worked initially between these domains, but now it fails even when trying to add a completely new connection in any Make scenario.
Also, during the connection process in Make, the Advanced settings do not load at all, which makes it impossible for me to inspect or modify anything at that stage.
Has anyone encountered this and found a solution? I’d really appreciate any help or ideas on how to fix this.
