Fill out a form and auto-convert the answers into a pdf document

I am looking for a way to fill out a form and then the answers will auto populate into a pdf document or anything i can convert into a pdf document.

To explain a little further. We have this 50 page document that is a report, most of the pages stay the exact same however the numbers on specific pages change for each individual client. I am trying to figure out a way to have some sort of fill in the blank form for the CPA to use to plug in all the numbers and that will automatically update the new report with the correct numbers in the correct place. We are doing it manually right now and I want to change that it takes up so much time.

We created the document in Figma if that helps.
