I have created a scenario in Make.com with Slack “Watch New Events” and new messages in a private channel as a trigger. I want to continue downloading the files attached to the message, but unlike in other Slack triggers, the “Private URL” parameter is not included.

Try running the trigger module once and immediately send a file in Slack to receive the relevant variable in your scenario.
