Hi community!

I’m building an ai agentic model and connected a gmail account to have a welcome email generated to the clients who fill their contact information into a google form. When the client information is submitted with the intake form. Make’s connections takes that information to generate a welcome email to the client.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

The email is generated and only the subject line is visible. Nothing shows in the body of the email. Please help!

Hey there,

that error message is pretty descriptive.

There was an issue with the refresh token and you need to reauthorize the connection. You can do it from the Credentials tab from the left hand side.

Is it a personal mail or Business mail with custom domain?

If it’s a personal mail, you have configure it in the Google Cloud Console to make it make work and you have to reauthenticate the connection every 7 days

If it’s a mail with custom domain, there’s no need
