Google Ads: upload conversion when only UTMs and costumer email/phone are known

This is a Google Ads specific question. I hope I can find some insights here.

We need to send data to Google Ads about the trajectory of our customers inside our internal company workflows. Each milestone a customer reaches in our company has an equivalent Conversion Action in GADs.

We cannot use Google Click ID to identify customers. But we have their emails (hashed) and a host of UTM parameters (source, campaign, etc.) to identify the campaigns.

I haven’t figure what Google Ads module would allow me to pass this data (campaign and hashed email) to the right Conversion Action in GADs.

Any insights into this would be greatly appreciated.

Answering this here in case it is useful to anyone.

I’m quite illiterate when it comes down to Google Ads. I’ve learned that one cannot pass UTM properties to it.

If you are facing a situation where you are loosing the Google Click ID on your attribution data, and therefore, Google Ads is not giving you a full picture of your campaigns, I was advised to create a dashboard in Looker Studio, sending the UTM values to them, which will make it easy to match a campaign with its revenue.
