Google forms + Docusign Automation

:bullseye: What is your goal?

I would like to fill out a Google form sheet that I already have built, have make send all the information to fill out docusign, and send it to my clients for signing.

:thinking: What is the problem?

I can seem to get make.com to pull the information from the form and upload it to docusign.

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

I’ve tried starting with a google form module, adding a filter to my specific form, and Docusign doesn’t oick everything up that I need it to. I’ve also tried a Google sheet, but still no luck with that

This is very doable:
1.- first send some submissions fo you to see your data in your Google Forms module
2.- in your docusign module you have to MAP each one of the fields from your form into your Docusign
3.- you probably need intermediate steps to transform the data from Google Forms into Docusign

You can see in my example I did this just using typeform instead of google forms but is basically the same.

If you have more specific doubts try by sharing also screenshots from the specific step where you’re having problems
