I’ve connected Google Sheets to Make.com, followed by the Text Aggregator and Gmail integrations. It works fine when any value in column D is less than 10; it sends the email with the number received. However, if the number is not less than 10, an empty email still gets sent. I want to set up a filter so that if the value is not less than 10, no email is sent

You can use make filter.
Use numeric operator - less than function.
