Having trouble connecting with shopify

hello, so i tried connecting to shopify through the standard connection but it didnt work so i tried the custom app route and after setting everything up my webhook is not recieving data. its connected, ive verified and reauthorised the connection but when a create a paid order its not recieving the data, i even tried listening for when and order is deleted that didnt work also.
idk if i didnt set if up well i followed make’s guide and created a custom app and added the datils in make, is there anything i’m still meant to do? i saw theres a guide for public app and private app, do i need to set those up too?

please i really need this attended to, any sort of help is appreciated.

I am unable to connect with Shopify. The full error code I’m getting is:

{“message”:“The request failed due to failure of a previous request.”,“code”:“SC424”,“suberrors”:[{“message”:“No access token specified.”,“name”:“Error”}]}

Steps to recreate:

  1. start shopify connection on a store with make not installed
  2. approve permissions by clicking install
  3. this error code then shows after install

Weirdly a similar issue is happening for both make and zapier when trying to connect to shopify. Has anyone else experienced this?
