How can I automate the approval or rejection of comments specified in wordpress?

When a comment is submitted, an e-mail is sent to the e-mail registered in wordpress.
The email is automatically imported into a google spreadsheet, and approval or rejection is written in the spreadsheet.
After that, we want to automatically approve or disapprove the comments specified by wordpress.
Please advise.

You don’t need a spreadsheet.

Just use AI to detect if the comment needs deleting. That way it is truly automated.
