You have not stated what platform you are using for selling.

Suppose you use Woocommerce (or anything else for that matter)
You could use Make to integrate with WooCommerce for automating workflows.

Also you can track historical data using a database (like Airtable) which can provide insights into setting competitive prices.
FYI platforms like Google Firebase offer free credits that can be used to analyze this data and optimize your sales process
