I recommend you use the Google Sheets Module to add a new row for each post.

Then, you can have a separate Scenario with the Google Sheets watch changes Module as trigger and trigger it when you check a checkbox in google sheets (have the first column be a column where you have checkboxes).

That way, all posts get added to google sheets first. You can edit them if you want. When you select the checkbox next to the post, it posts it :smiley:
