“invalid reference in filter 0-0” error means that there was a filter between two modules and you deleted the modules. Unfortunately in cases like this, Make doesn’t delete the filter, so it still exists in the void and causes an error. You will need to go back to a previous version of the scenario and manually remove the filter as well. It has an item form module 9 mapped in it and there is no module 9 in your scenario. So you will need to go back to the step where you deleted module 9.

Delete module 9, or temporarily connect it so you can delete the filter condition.
