HOW TO: Delete scenario history (execution logs) after x days or after successful scenario steps?

We read the following:
The number of days your execution logs are stored depends on your pricing plan.

We want to be able to control this ourselves as privacy data from private persons are saved in the history (execution logs) on the make.com hosting environment.

Questions:

  1. How are we able to control when execution logs (history) will be deleted (after x days)

  2. How can we delete an execution log as part of the scenario so at the end of all steps the execution log if all steps are successful will be deleted so no privacy data is stored in make.com execution log system any longer?

That’s a great idea! I’m sure others would agree that this is a nice feature to have.

You can submit this suggestion to the Idea exchange, under Platform ideas and improvements.

Don’t forget to search for it first, just in case someone already suggested it, so that you don’t end up creating a duplicate.
