Hi Everyone, I’ve built the AI chatbot. I was wondering when the customer texted me and I (as a real person) want to talk to them. Can I interrupt the conversation or do I have to stop chatbot first? If there any flow or any method to switch from chatbot to areal person please let me know. Thank you so so much.

Sure, but first you’ll need to find a chatbot service that has such a feature, that also has an integration on Make, or has an API.
Simply search for ai chatbot handoff
in Google and pick a suitable option.
