Hi Everyone, I’ve built the AI chatbot. I was wondering when the customer texted me and I (as a real person) want to talk to them. Can I interrupt the conversation or do I have to stop chatbot first? Sure, but first you’ll need to find a chatbot service that has such a feature, that also has an integration on Make, or has an API.
Simply search for ai chatbot handoff in Google and pick a suitable option.
