How to interpret Stripe metadata?

From a Payment Intent I have the metadata {“Platform”:“tg”,“Category”:“Interview”,“Message No”:“TG3783”}.
How to interpret these? i.e. how to get the platform being ‘tg’, the category being ‘interview’ etc.
