Hello, First, I love Make. I have created many things with it that have saved me time, money, and headaches. I have automated so many processes that I have conservatively saved myself about 8 hours of work a week!
I need a little help on my next project, though, as I am unsure what I am doing incorrectly. First, I have a database, and one of the columns in my database has countries in it.
In my scenario, I first run a search and pull up the data. in this table, I aggregate the data and then set a variable that I pass on to other modules.
My intent was to create the following information: Search table, aggregate only the Country Column into a list, and pass this list of the countries only on to the next module.
Instead, I get everything in the table on my search, random selections from different attributes in my aggregate, and that turns into a mess of a variable.
My goal was to pull the last 30 countries added to the database and have a list that can be compared further, saying NOT to create more entries in the database for any of the currently listed countries in the “X” variable.
Is there a more accurate way to aggregate the data I want and only the data I want?
