How to replace characters in title please?

Hi, I successfully conected make to Twitter/X but from source everytime if there are qotes title looks like this

& quot ; I’m just surprised it got this far & quot ;

& quot ; is replacing quotes. I think I need to put here some function but do not know how to make it properly. Any idea please?
