How to save operations on my plan?

Hello!

I’ve been wondering how I could save operations on my Make.com plan. Currently it consumes an operation every time someone in my company closes a task tracking in Asana.

I’d like to somehow make it so it collects those time periods into bundles (maybe using aggregator?) and it then on one specific hour sends all of the data collected so the workflows would proceed.

I’d like to do that so I could save operations on my plan. Do you have any ideas how?

Hi,
You could definately use an aggregator module in your workflow to bundle up the task closures. You can collect all the task closure events over a period and then process them at one specific time, like once every hour.
It would as such help you minimize the number of operations by turning multiple individual executions into just one batch operation
