How to upgrade in Make?

If you decide to upgrade, we charge your payment method, and the new billing cycle runs. We convert your unused credits (including purchased extra credits) to “credit” in dollars according to the price per single credit in your current plan. We deduct this “credit” immediately from your payment for the new upgraded subscription. The “credit” is visible in the checkout page calculation.

How to upgrade?

  1. Go to Organization > Subscription (A purple border and highlight mark your current plan)

  2. Use the toggle to select a monthly or annual subscription

  3. Click the arrow to open a drop-down menu with different operation tiers. Choose the number of credits in your new plan.

  4. Click Buy plan on your chosen plan and tier. Annual subscriptions appear as Buy yearly plan.

  5. Check your billing info and use the edit button to update if necessary.

  6. Click Select payment method.

  7. Use the drop-down menu to select a payment method.

  8. Follow the on-screen instructions from Stripe checkout.

  9. Review your payment information and click Subscribe.

A notification pops up saying that your plan was successfully changed. Your new plan is highlighted on the subscription page.
