Hi Makers, I’m creating a scenarios where I need the Google Calendar Free/Busy Information module to bring free times in a period from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
But I don’t know what to put in the Minimum Time and Maximum Time fields.
If there is anyone who can help me, I will be very grateful. Thanks
Actually, I want to create an automation that will show me the free times every time I check my Google Calendar. This will take place from Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 2pm. It will last for 1 hour.
This automation will schedule appointments. That’s why it’s important to know which appointments are already scheduled and which times are available for new appointments.
Is it possible to get this information using the Get Free/Busy information Google Calendar module or should I use other alternatives?
But I don’t know what to put in the Minimum Time and Maximum Time fields.
If you have a new question in the future, please start a new thread. This makes it easier for others with the same problem to search for the answers to specific questions, and you are more likely to receive help since newer questions are monitored closely.
Since it only return the busy time ranges, you have to calculate the free time.
To do this, you’ll have to do some calculations to generate possible free time ranges based on the busy information received from Google Calendar.
Did you know, this forum has a Hire a Pro category, where you can post your request for off-site specialised help on other platforms (video call/screenshare/private messaging/etc.)? This may help you get your issue resolved faster especially if it is urgent. It is important to post your request in the Hire a Pro category, as forum members are not allowed to advertise their services (even offer FREE assistance to help) in other categories like here. Once you have posted in the Hire a Pro category, that will allow other members to provide booking links to our calendars for a free consultation and video assistance (including screen share).
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.
