Is there a way with Hubspot that if a ticket is open for more than 30 days I can send an email to a certain contact in HubSpot and it will send an email 1 time per day until I close the ticket?

You could setup a scenario wherein you

  1. Search for open tickets on Hubspot

  2. Check if ticket is older than 30 days

  3. Send email

Schedule the above scenario to run daily
