I can't send WhatsApp messages through ManyChat

What are you trying to achieve?

I’m developing an application where the trigger is activated in ManyChat. Upon receiving a specific message on WhatsApp, the scenario begins its routine. I generate an audio in ElevenLabs, save it to a drive, retrieve the link where the audio was saved and then send it to ManyChat.

Steps taken so far

My problem is: ManyChat is not sending the audio to WhatsApp. The output has a “success” status, but I don’t know where it was sent. I performed the test for both audio and a text message, and got the same problem. Only by setting a custom field did I actually manage to receive something on ManyChat. Could anyone help me? I believe there is some configuration missing to define that the message is actually sent to WhatsApp, but I didn’t find anything like that. Could anyone help me with this problem?

Show us the module that is supposed to be sending to WhatsApp? Show the config and the output bundles it’s generating.

Below is a screenshot of the configuration of the message sending module for ManyChat, configured to send audio stored on a drive using the url acquired in the previous modules.

These are the module settings for sending audio, but I also carried out tests with sending only texts, without results.

There must be something wrong in the ManyChat setup then. It says it is doing it but what it’s actually doing is up to ManyChat.
