Hello, I have a problem. I’m trying to convert an audio file from Elevenlabs, which is in MP3 format, to OGG format for WhatsApp audio, but I have no idea how to do the conversion. I’ve tried using Cloud Converter, but there were no results. Has anyone been able to do something similar and get results?

update: hey Thanks to samliew’s help, I’ve been able to transform the audio into OGG, but the error persists. According to my research, this is because the binary data structure is not compatible with the API. I want to try transforming that binary data into a URL link. Does anyone know how I can do this?

You can use the Convert.io “Convert a File” module to convert MP3 to OGG.

Hi, thank you very much for your response. What you told me worked, however, I haven’t been able to solve the error. I’ve managed to transform the audio to OGG, which is a great advancement. However, according to my research, the error comes from the binary data structure. I want to try converting the structure of the binary audio to a URL link. Could you help me out, bro?

In case it helps, 2Chat [1] will accept your MP3 file and convert it to OGG automatically before sending it to WhatsApp. It’s similar to Z-API for sending WhatsApp Messages.
