Hi, I need help with a scenario I have built. I keep changing it trying to get rid of the errors but I can not get it to upload the file to Google Drive as a jpeg. At one point it was uploading but not something I could open. Happy to pay someone. I have been trying to get this to work for a week. Help please! Thank you Phil Thompson
@Phil_Thompson Can you provide a screenshot of the module details where you upload the file to google drive?
1 thing to watch out for is making sure to include the file extension when uploading to google drive. if its always a jpeg then you can just add .jpeg at the end of the filename.
We can jump on a call if needed at a later point, but send a screenshot first, could be an easy fix.

Hi Tim, I am so sorry. I replied back as soon as I got your message because I was so thankful that someone replied to help me, but I replied back to the email and realized when I didn’t hear back that you must not have gotten that so here is what I sent to you:
Thank you so much for getting back to me. I greatly appreciate it. I’ve been so frustrated with trying to get this thing to work for about 5 days. Amazingly as soon as I posted the help message, I tried about the 50th combination of different parameters and it seems to be working now. Hopefully it will continue to work because I’m going to put it live on the site. I don’t know if you want to take a look at it to see if I have it configured correctly? Or should I see if it keeps working and if I have a problem with it let you know? Again thank you for getting back to me quickly it’s greatly appreciated., Thanks, Phil

Glad you got it sorted out in the end! If you would still like for us to take a look, could you please share screenshots of the module fields, filters, and output bundles in question? It would really help other community members to see what you’re looking at.
You can also export the blueprint file to allow others to replicate the issue. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

We are working with Google drive, it is possible to upload jpeg data with in the google drive. I think the issue is with the data that entering to the module, So please check.

Hi Sam, My apologies for the slow response. My mother (92) fell and I have been dealing with doctors, medicine, caregivers for the past few days and haven’t had a minute to get back to this. I can’t figure out how to share the blueprint. I watched a video and it looks like you have to do it from your phone, so I got the app and still can’t figure out how to do it. Can you do it from the desktop? Thanks, again for your help. Phil
Maybe you need to use the manual Map setting, to put the extension (.jpg or .jpeg) in your GDrive module ?
