I’ve been unable to open module configuration screens on Make.com

Hi,

I’m on the Core plan using eu2.make.com. Since 10 August 2025, I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue where modules will not load their configuration screens.

What happens:

  • I add a module, select the API/service and action.

  • When I click the module to configure it, the settings window just keeps loading forever.(An image showing this is attached)

  • This affects multiple modules (not just Apify), though occasionally one will open. It’s inconsistent.

Context:

  • Issue began mid-build on 10 August 2025.

  • I assumed it was a server issue and waited two days, but it’s still happening.

  • Tested on multiple laptops (same account) — issue persists.

  • All standard troubleshooting has been done:

    1. Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R)

    2. Cleared Make.com cache, cookies, local storage, site data

    3. Incognito/private mode

    4. Updated browser to latest version

    5. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox)

    6. Switched networks (mobile hotspot, different ISP)

    7. Disabled VPN

    8. Removed/re-added modules

    9. Verified API connections (reconnected Apify, tested individually)

Additional notes:

  • Make.com status page shows operational, but I suspect this may be region-specific (eu2) or account-specific.

  • This is impacting my ability to continue building active scenarios.

  • I haven’t yet checked browser console logs but can do so if you tell me what specifically to capture.

Request:

  • Can you check server-side logs for my account to identify the cause?

  • If this is related to a known eu2 issue, can you confirm and provide an ETA for resolution?

Thanks,

Hi and welcome to the Community.

For issues like this (especially where it might involve account-specific information) you’d be much better raising a support ticket.

Click the orange circle with the question mark at the bottom left of the Make scenario builder, select Contact Support and then follow the prompts.

HI Dave,

Thanks for the reply.

I did already but I was not expecting a reply very soon but in fact I got a reply a few hours after my sumbission.

So theres that. In the meantime we’re still in the process of fixing the issue.

Thanks,
