Hi,
I’m on the Core plan using eu2.make.com. Since 10 August 2025, I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue where modules will not load their configuration screens.
What happens:
-
I add a module, select the API/service and action.
-
When I click the module to configure it, the settings window just keeps loading forever.(An image showing this is attached)
-
This affects multiple modules (not just Apify), though occasionally one will open. It’s inconsistent.
Context:
-
Issue began mid-build on 10 August 2025.
-
I assumed it was a server issue and waited two days, but it’s still happening.
-
Tested on multiple laptops (same account) — issue persists.
-
All standard troubleshooting has been done:
-
Hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R)
-
Cleared Make.com cache, cookies, local storage, site data
-
Incognito/private mode
-
Updated browser to latest version
-
Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox)
-
Switched networks (mobile hotspot, different ISP)
-
Disabled VPN
-
Removed/re-added modules
-
Verified API connections (reconnected Apify, tested individually)
-
Additional notes:
-
Make.com status page shows operational, but I suspect this may be region-specific (eu2) or account-specific.
-
This is impacting my ability to continue building active scenarios.
-
I haven’t yet checked browser console logs but can do so if you tell me what specifically to capture.
Request:
-
Can you check server-side logs for my account to identify the cause?
-
If this is related to a known eu2 issue, can you confirm and provide an ETA for resolution?
Thanks,
