I’m using Bland.ai for cold calling and need help fine-tuning the appointment setter conversational pathway for our SaaS product. I’m facing a few issues with the AI agent:
It gives lengthy responses to direct questions , making conversations feel unnatural.
It doesn’t wait when a customer asks for a moment.
It repeats the customer’s name too often.
The first call works perfectly , but from the second call doesn’t perform as expected.
Does anyone know how to fine-tune these aspects in Bland.ai ? Any guidance or documentation would be really helpful! Thanks in advance.
