Input from Airtable to GPT and output to Doc

I am working on this scenario where I have put in my information in airtable and this will trigger the gpt to generate the prompt given in gpt and the output will be into the doc, first when i try i got it but since i have not save it its gone and now when I am trying again its stop at airtable please help
