Context
I am launching a website soon and I have setup a Scenario to send a Daily Slack Message to update me (and our team) on KPIs across instagram, linkedin and our website. We have yet to launch so impressions and profile views are expected to be low/near zero.
Below is a screenshot of the scenario setup showing a successful output from one of the instagram blocks.
Note: The number of bundles is “1”, as expected.
The Issue
Everything is working fine, except for one instagram block that seems to always return zero bundles - the “Follower Count” block. Image attached below:
This results in an empty value when sending the automated slack message next to “Total Followers:” - as shown below:
The frustrating part is that no error is thrown so I have no idea what is wrong. The connection to the instagram account does not seem to be the problem because the other instagram blocks are functional. It almost seems like something is wrong on Instagram’s end.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I’m sorry, you are experiencing a bug, since there are no errors thrown when it’s clear an error should have been thrown.

They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your situation might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.

Turns out it is not a bug, but it is definitely not clear. If you have less than 100 followers then it will return zero bundles. (Also, if your account is not a business account then it may return 0 bundles, but that was not the issue in my case.) Just wanted to share here in case someone else runs into the same issue.
