:bullseye: What is your goal?

Connect Instagram for Business (Facebook login) in Make so I can read posts and comments from the Blessviva business account and use them in an automation.

:thinking: What is the problem?

The Facebook/Instagram OAuth authorization completes successfully, but the callback to Make fails with IM006.

The connection is created, but Make cannot load the Facebook Page / Instagram Business assets.

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

  • confirmed Make is active in Facebook Business Integrations
  • confirmed the required Page and Instagram permissions are enabled
  • verified the existing Make connection
  • deleted and recreated the new connection
  • tried reauthorization
  • confirmed the same Facebook admin manages the Blessviva Facebook Page and Instagram Business account

The problem persists.

This looks like an internal connection issue on your Make account side rather than a problem with your setup.
