Integrating Bitrix24 with Brevo

Hello,

I’m currently working on integrating Bitrix24 with Brevo. Specifically, I’ve successfully set up a mechanism where the creation of a Deal in Bitrix24 CRM triggers the creation of a corresponding contact in Brevo. Additionally, for each stage within the Deals pipeline in the CRM, we’ve established corresponding lists in Brevo. The goal is to reassign the contact created in Brevo based on the current stage within the Bitrix24 CRM.

I’m seeking assistance in implementing this process effectively. Your guidance and support in configuring the reassignment of contacts in Brevo based on the respective stages in the Bitrix24 CRM would be highly appreciated.

That part of your scenario would possibly be similar to this:

You would need to use the Switch module to link Bitrix stages to the corresponding Brevo List ID. You can get the List IDs by toggling the ‘map’ button on each option:
