Is 03 mini available for anybody? I cant find it

i an unable to use 03 mini in the chat gpt modules. are they available

According to Tier 3 API Account but No Access to O3-mini – Receiving "HTTP error 400: invalid model ID" - #2 by _j - Bugs - OpenAI Developer Community,

O3-mini is still being rolled out manually in batches to OpenAI organizations in tier 3-5

You need to have an OpenAI organization at a minimum of level 3. Then, you need to wait for OpenAI to roll it out to you.
