I didn’t find the way. In the field where the regex is written there is no way to put variables

Thanks for replying @Eduardo_Zuffardi. I guess I’m not the first person to want this functionality. There are so many use cases. I guess I will try to add it as a feature request. Thanks again.

Have you tried the Text Parser (Advanced) module? That module allows you to map variables into the pattern field.
