I am also getting an oops service temporary unavailable but status page says itās still running tried multiple accounts so think itās just down completely as itās saying this with all of them.
Yep, I too am getting this, but just thought Iād comment to add that all my scenarios are still running in the background fine - I just canāt get in to edit them.
@_Anuj how Make is reporting this is ridiculous. This has been an issue for over 6 (!!) hours, and the incident shows that this is an issue for 1 hour?
How Make is handling this major outage is truthfully amateuristic. The issue is there for over 6 hours, and 5 hours there was 0 investigation even though I logged it immediately when it happened.
Why is there no escalation process for urgent issues like this? Our operations and customer relations are suffering because of this outage. Will we get reimbursed for this?

Meanwhile, we have a scenario that is failing for 8 hours due to an 505 error because of this issue. We have 117 bookings that are left unprocessed due to this issue. But no, in their update āeverything runs normalā.
Am I the only one who seems to think that Make is palliating this issue? The issue is over 8 hours there already, but in their update it is only 3 hours. The scenarios are not running normally, unlike what they say in their updates.
We have identified the root cause of the issue affecting user access and applied a fix. We will continue to monitor to system to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
