Is the Oanda Exchange Rates module making an API call working?

The two input is ‘The connection name’ and the API key. I seen not official documentation as to what goes into the ‘connection name’ other than it can be anything related to the project. As for the key, I have tested it work using Python, and have used variations such as the token itself, the Bearer : token and XXXX Authorization : Bearer token XXXX. None of these work, I get a [400] Malformed Authorization header or invalid access token error. Any assists will be appreciated.
